Great app for fathers wanting to improve themselves

After 18 months in the "tribe," participating in the Gold program, and attending various events, I can’t fully recommend HPF. The initial self-development in the first 12 months was valuable, but beyond that, it felt like an echo chamber for men stuck in a rut. No program or money spent can fix what requires personal responsibility. The solution is simple: take ownership, improve your body, strengthen your mind, and the rest will fall into place. The app is not very flexible, so I never used it.
