WHAT IS HIGHBROW?
It’s a subscription video on demand platform of educational videos for children ages 1-11. On Highbrow we have videos covering everything you can imagine: arts & crafts, science experiments, cooking, phonics, ballet, 23+ foreign languages, and much more beyond.
Highbrow is ad-free and safe, and we have been picked by Apple as ‘App of the Day’ within 5 months of launch in both the US and UK stores.

I've just downloaded the app onto my phone, and it's not signing me in when I sign in ive already signed up and given my bank details so when I log in it should work on any device I download it on so why is it asking for all of my details again I set it up on my smart tv through my sky box and downloaded it onto my phone for my daughter for on the go and it isn't recognizing me so not sure how it works or what's going on I should not have to sign up twice and give bank details twice
