★★★★★ I have been using the app for over 8 months or something. The content is amasing. It is for self displine. I consider for personal development. Believe me, i donot think that one can the guided meditations elsewhere. Quality of the guided meditations are top. The guided meditations are much more than meditations. They include subtle methoda, insights from psychology as well. I think Giovanni is a very talented researcher to me in the first place.

★★★★★ I love the new upgrade idea of the app. I have found it easy to access, and you can work in conjunction with the book Mindful Self Discipline or Wise Confidence. You have so many tools to apply personal development and growth. I am so excited to see where my development goes this year by utilizing the wise confidence book and staying motivated and disciplined. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to change the distractions of the social world to giving themselves self-love

★★☆☆☆ App not starting. It's not letting me sign up and nothing happens by pressing request an invitation

★★☆☆☆ I just downloaded this app and in order to sign in it said that I had to request an invitation to become a member, but when I press the button nothing happened. I have no way of signing into this app or getting to the content. Can someone please advise?
