App keeps trying to set up system again but when I try, it tells me there is a delay. It will not let me manage anything because the only screen it goes to is the one to set up the system. I've called customer service, but they have no clue about it 😑 Please fix this! I've tried everything

Speed has always been an issue among other things. I have 1gig. When I complain all they do is bring a new router, update the software and leave. But my speeds will not be anything close the 1gig I am paying fo. more like 300 mbs to 720 mbs.

Review for app only: UI is difficult to nav and make changes. Continuously getting message "app cannot connect at this time, please try again later" Internet is great.
