Highnote

Your knowledge network. Always on.

HiGnome AI: Ask him anything - equipment troubleshooting questions, policy lookups, documentation guidance - and get an answer without tracking someone down or waiting until morning. He's trained on your organization's programs and standards, not the generic stuff. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll admit it.

Built around your development programs: Track your advancement goals, complete program requirements, and stay connected to your mentors and cohort between scheduled check-ins. Skip the spreadsheets and separate email threads.

Peer knowledge that sticks around: The tips that make a real difference usually come from a colleague who figured something out the hard way. Highnote gives those pearls a home so they don't disappear when someone changes roles or moves on.

Recognition worth having: Give shout-outs. Earn GRIT points. See who's leading the board. The effort people put in every day deserves to be seen.
