Suggest for update. Multiple, word count limt will update when replied. Take note 1.) when scanning items into a cart I have to be very slow and mindful of items correctly scanning. If I move too quickly to the next scan the first scanned item is not added to the cart, and It will not allow me to scan it a second time. I clear the cart and start over. Please allow already scanned items to be scanned multiple times in the same add to cart action. "Item already added to cart"notification still apply

Can we get an update for an option to clear all items in the transfer queue? I will transfer multiple items at once. Sometimes other workers will have already made the transfer without my knowledge forcing me to remove each item individually from the queue. Besides, that the app helps a lot.

Unreliable, App constantly crashing, timing out, or error messages preventing me to use the app at all. I've reported issues with our accounts manager, and he's just as useless, doesn't reply or offer any help. Will go back to pen and paper if this doesn't get resolved.

Looking for lost or stolen tools on site, say tools are on site but can't pinpoint them. It would be better if when searching for items on site you could reduce the search area to narrow down where items are. Also, as you got nearer to items if there were arrows to point you in a certain direction. Maybe if you're within a couple of foot your search screen changes to green. Otherwise, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack, especially when it's picking the item up on every floor of job

It is an app mainly focused on the use of Hilt tools. It has great limitations if you want to use it for a construction tool management system. It's not intended for that and Hilt has no interest to go further than this, up to now. Other than that, it's an ok tool management system. Hilt has a long way to go to provide a proper construction tool management system, if they are interested to do so.
