App is not working. Image captured successfully but after that not punch ed in or punched out time captured. Kindly resolve this issue

Very poor app for marking attendance. Every month written explanations are being asked from the employees. Due to this bad app majority of the employees are shown absent daily despite their presence. Right now on 23/6/2026 at 4 pm (can check CCTV as well) I am present at my workplace but on this app I am absent. You need to look into the matter.

Not working properly, again and again showing verifying credentials so that attendance can't mark on time, & daily its update can consume more time to mark attendance
