Why would you have payment by card option, when none of the drivers accept it, and ask for cash?

This app makes it too easy for predatory drivers to steal money from riders who are unfamiliar with the system. The quoted price is just an estimate, so if the ride takes longer than expected the price can go up alot, over 100% more in my case. This allows drivers to intentionally take longer in order to get more money. Additionally, the app doesn't clearly show if card payment has processed, allowing predatory drivers to claim it has not and try to get paid twice. Very bad experience.

Do not download this app!!! It's a scam!! Any funds that will be deposited in the wallet, can not be used and will not be returned to you ever! Customer support doesn't work!
