We created a universe of free transaction between candidates and companies, where the screening is simply made on the mobile phone.

In an age where attitude overlaps with technical knowledge, where Purpose overcomes Salary, it makes no sense to think that a CV is the starting point of this marathon.

Candidates make their application in five minutes where they describe themselves through a 1 minute video reinforced with their relevant skills.

Companies make their application in the same way.

For candidates, they can present themselves as people rather than as a list of experiences.

For companies it reduces reduce costs and time in curricular screening.
