Honestly, Hitched has been so helpful while planning our wedding. I’ve found loads of great vendors on there which made things a lot easier. We also used it to create our wedding website, which was really simple to set up and looks nice too. The budget tracker has been great for keeping an eye on what we’re spending, and the to-do list helps me stay organized without forgetting things. Would definitely recommend it if you’re planning a wedding 🙂

I have found suppliers on here that I wouldn't have found otherwise. It's a great way to keep track of everything. And best of all it tells me how many days I have until my wedding

App is useful but a bit laggy. The customer service response time is abysmal, been trying to get a response to correct an error on my domain name and after 3 business days I finally got a response telling me what I already knew-refund & resubscribe to the correct one. This functionality could have been built into the app already without making me wait days for a response. I am now going to wait 14 more days for my refund and confirmation that I can repurchase, all while, time is running out!

It doesn't recognize any of the suppliers I have hired then I lose out on completions they offer which isn't upsetting enough as that could be very helpful Then the checklist, half of what's listed is not needed and sounds more American and I don't get why, if only it gives you the option not required/not interested in it, so then it's more helpful when planning. I have so many points I want to say, but I'm limited to do so but so far, I'm not finding the app useful

The app doesn't recognize my account. I can log in on the website no problem, but when I try to use the app, it's like my email has never been used for an account, and it creates a brand-new account. I'm in Ireland, so I believe the app only works for UK accounts. If that's the case, the app should not even be available in the app store.
