★★★★★ I have used the app multiple times, and it was great, but I believe that u shouldn't judge a service when things are going smooth. You judge it when there is a problem. I had a deal when my order got lost, so it never arrived to the traveler. I asked for a refund, and I expected that they will ask for more documents, but they did not, and they swiftly refunded both the traveler fees and HH fees.

★★☆☆☆ Very bad experience. They don't deserve even 1 star. They are looking for any reason to not send the rewards to you. 20 days till now, and they didn't send me my rewards. If you didn't receive a shipment, they refuse to cancel the deal for the shopper and not send your rewards. All they respond for emails is like automatic reply. So, I not recommended using this app. You will lose your money if you have a traveler or shopper.

★★☆☆☆ This is a very badly implemented app. I had an issuew where I scanned the wrong code and the deal is closed and couldn't no longer communicate with the shopper. So I quickly acted and wrote a review with my number, so he can see it and call me to pick up his stuff, so the app blocked me. Another thing is the promise to get the reward in USD which from my experience over 5 years never worked they keep delaying the money until you give up and accept the money in Egyptian pound. Not worse your time.
