We are being barraged with robots calls in our area. I saw a similar product on NBC news, but they did not disclose that it was a subscription service. This works fine and just caught a call which reminded me that I had not yet rated them. Hiya does what it says it will do, does it without complaint or nagging, and I only wish there were bonus points that could be awarded for such a fine app. Samsung blocks me out of Hya on my new phone! If I try to use Hya, Samsung will not let me make calls.

The call screening service is terrible, at least for me. It blocks everything including contacts. App works great on its own without the screening feature. Paid version. Would like to be able to block texts as well. Especially those big group texts that have phishing links. Really like that you can block certain area codes and calls that begin with certain numbers. Worked great until the screening feature was added. Canceling subscription. Not recommended.

Worked until it didn't. Noticed when I installed it had a 4.6 rating for great. Now its 4 for meh...meaning it no longer does. Correct. Was blocking spam and then didn't. Uninstalled and not 'reaching out to email support" It doesn't work.

THIS app is TERRIBLE & NOT 'protective'!!! IF one blocks an annoying SPAM or FRAUD call it should NOT be permitted to go to voicemail and leave a message!😡 I get annoying fraudulent/scam calls all the time as my no. was posted on the dark web due to a breach! IF HIYA is enabled it allows the fraud to leave a voicemail. GERRARD!🤬 PS: DON'T bother with the paid version either-it doesn't function and differently than the free version btw (I've had both!) What good is it?¡
