RECORD INFUSIONS
The Hizentra App can make it easy for you to record infusions. Just scan the QR code with your device’s camera and record details such as infusion sites. With improved scanning, the date, time, lot number, expiration date, form type, and form size will be automatically captured.
TRACK
With the Hizentra App, every infusion you log becomes a digital record of your therapy history, which you can review and edit at any time. You can filter your records by date or search by lot number or keywords from your past infusions. The Hizentra App lets you share your infusion data as a PDF.
DATA

Not better than a book but will keep important information. I would recommend some tweaks to make it easier and better. Keep timer running when going back over answered questions for this treatment record. Using the usual flow rate tubing calculate time with an audible sound when it is time to change Syringe in pump. Use split timing function for each Syringe used during treatment. Add a place to make suggestions or ask questions on the app itself instead of going to the Google store to message.

I liked when you could record your temperature and a notes section would be nice to be able to keep track of reactions or others notes. I can't remember if that was an option before, but it should be one. I recommend this app to people, and I use it every week. It's so much better than collecting the notebooks and the vial labels and having to handwrite it. This is convenient and fast. I don't like that you have to put the length of time your infusion took. I record sooner than when it's over.

The code reader no longer works. Adding all those numbers makes it useless in my book.

Scanner function no longer works. Galaxy S6 Edge, Android 6.0.1. The vial scanner no longer records vial information after upgrading from Android 5.1.1 to Android 6.0.1. I use six vials each week for my infusions. Manually recording the information makes an already lengthy process much longer. Maintaining a notebook with peeled labels is very cumbersome. This app is way overdue for an update. The app is essentially useless in its current state. PS- cloud storage for recorded data would be a useful addition to the new upgrade...

It keeps crashing at log in and won't let me input. I have been trying for 2 hrs to record my husband's infusion.
