It's a very functional app with quite a few options for customers to choose from in the perspective of how they want their ride to be. Of course the more choices you pick the more time taken in getting a cab increases. Also, the rates are better than the competitors.

OCTOPUS payment is a bit poor. Most drivers using the app tend to be cleaner and safer. I like the app a lot, especially as I cannot speak Chinese. I hope they add discounts for long distance travel in the future.

NOT worth downloading It will send the order request to several hundred to a thousand taxi drivers, but they still won't select your order I placed orders 5 times but no luck

Never seen any rubbish app more than this one, I downloaded it in my phone for about 5 months and in 5 months it just worker once for me, it keeps showing broadcasting your order to few hundred drivers but not even one driver really received the order, today I needed urgently taxi for hospital, but this was the last straw for this rubbish app, deleted it right away and giving me review now, I hope I can give it 0 stars

Credit card charges 3% makes me reluctant to use this app. Charging the drivers a higher fee for accepting the order quickly is like punishing drivers and makes customers inconvenient as drivers tend to accept orders much later than before. Quick ordering of taxi service used to be the best point of this app but now seemed no more. And the app is so user-friendly, one have to choose to use taxi dollars every single time using the app. Can't it just save the last option or favorite options?
