Ever since this 'TAT' feature was introduced, the Mobility Inquiry App has become completely unintelligible. It is impossible to tell whether a follow-up has been conducted or not, and the current stage of an inquiry also remains unclear. Previously, one could easily determine if an inquiry had progressed to the booking or invoicing stage; now, however, none of this information is accessible.
