Easy to use and intuitive Great app. Loads of music to choose from. You can even pre-order music. It includes albums, eps and single tracks. The photo and listen features are both really good. I wish it just had a gig guide based on your music (especially as HMV own the forum).

Very good app I must've been the last one to have realised that HMV had an app lol. Used it a few times since I installed it, and found it easy to use. I am however surprised that Wayne Hussey's album, hasn't been included to download when it was given a great review and album of week by my local HMV store.

Unable to sign in Everytime I attempt to sign in, it says that I have made an error in either the email or password and, when try to reset my password and put my email address in to be sent a step by step guide, it says that my email 'cannot be found'. But , when I sign in online with the exact same email and password on the actual website it works just fine.

Will not let me sign in. So frustrated will not let me sign in with my original password, and to make things worse will not accept the the reset password either so I cannot access my music or download any new music. Not happy.

Pointless After talking to HMV customer services I was told to try this app. Downloaded and will not allow me to sign in. Can not be bothered to get in touch with customer services again.
