★★☆☆☆ The service is absolutely terrible, very slow and if you take any type of Metro or train you have no Internet. The app only good to put more money/credit on. I must say the app frequently crashes and/or has bugs & issues. Got ho when I arrived here three years ago because it came so highly recommended without an expense if it was and the high amount of GB, and it still offers good value for that; it's a shame when I leave the house that internet is so difficult to use.

I mean you can't have internet in your phone at the same time another device is connected to internet of your phone through hotspot which is so weird and damn stupid. For me was full disappointed when I got to know that. I mean why would I need 120 gb in that case and guess what, I can't even change my offer. I hope this operator is willing to fix this problem....
