The best version of HLM yet. The addition of contract clauses add a welcome degree of difficulty and complexity to contract negotiations and trades. Although I do wish there was some way to get players to waive their NMC or NTC besides waiting until the last year of the contract to move them. My only gripe is that I've had the game crash several times during the draft. Especially if I've made some trades during or immediately before. Otherwise, it's a solid game. Well worth the pro version.

I've downloaded the HLM games religiously for years now, and they never, EVER disappoint!! The game is always improving year-to-year, and the devs will actively listen to users' suggestions. If you're looking for a ridiculously fun hockey sim, look no further! Also, the Pro Version ($) is a one-time charge, and is only like $4-5. It doesn't get better.

Unfortunately it crashes CONSTANTLY, can't even go through my lines or any of the menus. (Borderline unplayable) Please fix that & this is absolutely a 5 star game. But it seems like it's been a problem for months, so clearly it's not getting the attention we all need it too.

Requires login to google to use. When installed though my preferred 3rd party app store (Aurora store) that doesn't use a Google account it refuses to open. HLM 24 still works fine. Why do I need a Google account for a non-google application that has its own login and is free? I get if it was a paid app, and you want to validate they actually paid for it, but it's a free app. Great dev, but paranoid of people stealing their free app? HLM > EA NHL easily.

Had to edit my review to give it the lowest rating. Freezes up all the time, and you will lose your progress. The draft is garbage. It will crash, lose your progress, and you just have to do it over again. There's no way to pause and save midway before it crashes. FIX THE DRAFT!

The calendar is very annoying, and you can't see the days' sim like you could on HLM 24...
