Hoffman App - Daily Practices

Hello and welcome to the NEW Hoffman app. As you know, the transformational journey to discovering your authentic self does not end after completion of a Hoffman course, but rather, is just beginning. We want to continue supporting you today and far into the future. That is why we created this app full of guidance, practices, and visualizations to inspire and help you achieve your personal goals. We like to think of this app as, “Hoffman in your pocket.”

We're thrilled to announce that the Hoffman Institute App is now available for both iOS and Android devices! While maintaining our familiar interface that you know and love, we've rebuilt the app from the ground up with a powerful new search and filtering system to help you find exactly what you need, when you need it.

Thank you to our amazing community of graduates who provided the insight and inspiration to create this app. And we’re just getting started! This is the first version of our new app and we have many exciting features and tools to share with you in the future. As always, we welcome your feedback. If you would like to share your thoughts, please email us at appsupport@hoffmaninstitute.org.

If you are not a Hoffman graduate, you are welcome to use the Hoffman App to build a deeper relationship with yourself to bring more presence into your life.

In this app you will find dozens of your favorite Hoffman tools and practices including:

• Quadrinity Check-In
• Appreciation & Gratitude
• Recycling & Rewiring
• Visioning
• Centering
• Elevators
• Expression

We focus each visualization and meditation on a unique topic including:

• Forgiveness
• Self-Compassion
• Anxiety
• Managing Stress
• Relationships
• Breaking Habits
• Happiness
• Loving-Kindness
