Great app! I just bought the Hoist Mi1, and it shows a lot of exercises you may not think you can do with this machine. Great steps and GIF video and organized nicely by muscle groups.

I like the app, but not having the ability to have your piece of equipment as default is frustrating, and should be pretty basic. I've saw complaints in past reviews about the same thing, so it seems like they either don't care or don't want to fix it.

Horrible since update. Previous version was decent, I used it all the time to track workouts, weight increases, height of cable (hi/lo), etc. With update, I lost all my previous workout data, new app is super slow with a slow transition image with every click. Not intuitive at all, doesn't always save in the log, very cumbersome and clunky.

Hoist missed a bet. I just bought one of their machines. I expected the option to plug in the model number and get exercises tailored to my new machine. As it sits I will never use this app
