Holafly: eSIM travel card

★★★★★ I am so grateful to the folks at Holly for their excellent customer service. In a travel rush I purchased an eSim card not realizing my phone was on the list of models in which you can't install the card. If I had taken a bit more time to read the limitations, I would have saved everyone quite a bit of effort. Even so, the kind and very efficient folks at Holly helped me through the refund process. I respect their friendly and very competent service through the whole way. I trust Holly.

★★★★★ Bottom Line: Holly Costs More Because It Works. I bought 2 Europe Regional eSims from Nomad for mine and wife's phones. Neither one gave us any data. Customer service was painfully slow and ridiculously unhelpful. After 2 days with no data I got 2 Holly eSims both of which installed with fast data in under 2 minutes. I say Nomad = YES MAD 😡. I asked for refund they say no. Don't waste your time or money‼️ Holly cost more because it works.

★★☆☆☆ Holly's eSIM: Lies, Incompetence, and Frustration Holly's eSIM service is an absolute travesty. Their marketing is nothing but blatant falsehoods, and their customer support is a complete joke. The primary reason I chose Holly was their promise of "unlimited data sharing." This was a critical feature for my needs, as I rely on being able to distribute my connection. But the reality was the complete opposite of what they advertised. And not able to reach out to so-called support....

★★☆☆☆ The worst !!! IT DoesN'T WORK and Terrible customer service, especially on WhatsApp. They keep sending these automated messages to re-start to process. I sent an email, and I still have not received a reply. I was stuck in JA Street at night with zero Internet connection thanks to Holly esim. Never again!! I DON'T RECOMMEND
