I have used Holly for several trips in Asia and Europe. I used to use the website on desktop, but I have to say that the app is more convenient. The interface is good and installing the esim is easy. As for the service itself, it's good and better than Ubigi, but still has issues sometimes. In Europe, it dropped out occasionally and China didn't work at all. They should stop advertising China esim because of the different environment there.

Hotspot data is not unlimited, it's not forthcoming with that info at all, they literally say "unlimited no tricks!" also the app sucks doesn't even know if the Sim is installed

I used Holly for 14 days in China. Mobile data was acceptable, though the connection dropped intermittently. Hotspot was extremely unreliable and often blocked after only ~300 MB. Support replaced my eSIM twice and once said they had reset my hotspot quota, yet the problem was unresolved for the last 5 days. Worse, they insisted I had used 1 GB of hotspot data when my phone showed less than 0.5 MB. Very disappointing support and pretty much no hotspot service.

The worst eSIM—horrible internet connection and very expensive compared to other providers. You're better off getting Lyca or T-Mobile.
