Breaks TikTok. TikTok thought I was in Hong Kong and refused to load. Support was bad didn't agree to provide a full refund, instead they said they'd issue a refund, but the amount may be partial, and to check their policy. Downloaded Nomad eSIM and everything worked perfectly. I did get a full refund, and everything except TikTok worked, so it's still ok if you don't use that app.

Absolutely awful experience. Purchased an esim. It would not work and would not activate. After contacting the AI customer support, I tried again multiple times. It was still not activated, I requested a refund, I kept getting the run around. I wasn't even going to leave a bad review I just wanted my funds back as promised.

Close to Scam! I am not often writing reviews, but this got me crying. They lied to me about providers not being covered at first when I asked why I had almost no connection. Then Hotspot on unlimited plans is just 1 GB per day which is written nowhere upon booking. Then even this did not work, and they got me a new e-Sim, after 2 days of no Hotspot. After the support told me it refreshes at Midnight, they then told me after 24h leaving me stranded with laptop! There's more but I have only 500

Worst esim I've ever used. Coverage was poor in major city areas and speed extremely slow for a developed country. Offered to refund for the poor service and only returned 10% of the money.

I chose Holly for my trip to China. I activated it as soon as I entered Guangzhou and had to restart my phone several times for it to work. It worked okay in Guangzhou, but the final straw was in Beijing when I kept getting the message "Your provider has turned off your esim." Even when it said 5g. I screenshotted it and sent it to them, they refused to refund me at first, then only refunded me 50% of what I paid on day 3 for a 10 day esim because I used 3 gigs of data. Avoid Holly.
