This app is PHENOMENAL!! The Global Data Monthly plan is very, very useful and affordable especially for people who travel a lot between multiple countries. It's like $50-$60/month for 5G UNLIMITED internet for ALL the countries! Meaning wherever you are you'll have internet with you, and you can get a discount code if you want (10%). Highly recommended.

Breaks TikTok. TikTok thought I was in Hong Kong and refused to load. Support was bad didn't agree to provide a full refund, instead they said they'd issue a refund, but the amount may be partial, and to check their policy. Downloaded Nomad eSIM and everything worked perfectly. I did get a full refund, and everything except TikTok worked, so it's still ok if you don't use that app.

I purchased their unlimited plan for a few days in Dubai. I only used it for one day, and the internet service was completely unreliable. The speeds were very poor. I contacted support for a refund for unused days, but they could only raise a ticket with a different team for processing within 5-10 working days, keeping the plan active. How is this even allowed? If bought for only 5 days, customers are stuck with it, wasting money. I won't use them in the future. Terrible experience.

Garbage, DON'T RECOMMEND. Bought 9 days of unlimited data in Buenos Aires and barely get any slow 3G. Had to purchase another eSIM from a different company to get it to a fast 4G. Holly does not have in-app customer support, does not respond to phone calls or emails and refuses to cancel and refund my 9-day purchase that I (tried to) use for 10 minutes at most.

Close to Scam! I am not often writing reviews, but this got me crying. They lied to me about providers not being covered at first when I asked why I had almost no connection. Then Hotspot on unlimited plans is just 1 GB per day which is written nowhere upon booking. Then even this did not work, and they got me a new e-Sim, after 2 days of no Hotspot. After the support told me it refreshes at Midnight, they then told me after 24h leaving me stranded with laptop! There's more but I have only 500
