I really want to like this app but every time I come back to it, I am quickly reminded why I stopped using it the last time. The sessions are just so basic & surface level and, IMHO, don't deliver on the statements made at the beginning of the sessions. I haven't really learned anything new. There have been a couple of good tips but for the most part, I am well aware of the suggestions, but I have had trouble implementing them. I really wish they'd go deeper & walk through using the ideas irl.
