Percentage cannot change for clicking it app it can change quickly

Frustrating! Won't keep up with my percentage settings that my phone says it is. Always have to go back into the widget (always) and reset it to keep up with, like I said with what's on my phone percentage says it is. In other words it sucks, and I'm deleting it and looking for something that I don't have to worry about going into the widget settings all the time. It's really frustrating.
