Says it's for ICS, but really it'll work for all the latest Android versions. This was exactly what I was looking for, some good old nostalgic holo.

(3.0.9)(DON'T install this. Find 3.0.9 on the internet & use THAT.) Anyway, the settings work (in 3.0.9). "Edit screens" in "Desktop settings" IS broken, but "Edit screens" DOES work if you go to "General settings > Customize menu", have it show "Edit screens" in the home button menu, & use "Edit screens" from THERE. Also, set the home button to show the launcher menu. If you show labels on your home screen icons, in "Desktop settings", set "Auto stretch" to NO. You're welcome.
