★★★★★ Best of the GUI apps for Home Assistant. Doesn't use Home Assistant's built-in GUI Lovelace, instead has its own dashboards which are a bit simpler and easier to work with, and the resulting interfaces are definitely more grandparent friendly.

★★☆☆☆ The login screen is a user data collection scam. Why would I need to provide my email or login with my Google account? Why are the instructions being sent to my email to log in to Home Assistant? Should the instructions not be mentioned on a webpage or even better in the app?

★★☆☆☆ Installed, launch, and get email or google sign in screen? I run a local HA, why do I need to create a login to anything other than my local HA server? Stupid Draconian behavior. Uninstalled
