★★★★★ I like the different training exercises. Also like the changes they've made. Would like for it to be able to sync to Samsung app though, so I don't need to transfer data. For example, it calculates steps, but I don't put my phone in my pocket all the time. I have a smartwatch for that. Would need to be able to enter steps by hand.

★★★★★ I love these guided timed exercises and that I can tailor the exercise plans to my needs. This is such a great app and fun too.

★★☆☆☆ It's a big scam. You can download the app for free, but before anything happens you need to accept a subscription. And they ask a bunch of questions where at least half of them doesn't matter at all for your exercise.

★★☆☆☆ I already uninstall tbis app and cancel subscription, but now I received a msg that deduct to my Gcash account. How can I make refund ?

★★☆☆☆ If I could put 0 stars, I would. I have medical issues that kept me from totally using the app. I also have allergies and sent a message under the meal plan section expressing this, and nothing changed. So okay, I can't use the meal plan, but I haven't been able to do the exercises due to said medical issues still unable to receive a refund. Why, you ask? Because I have to use it for 14 days and prove I used it for 14 days, plus other things to get said refund. Which again, not able to do
