I had a very positive experience with this app. I was drawn to use it due to the discount on conveyancing when banking with CBA but the clear checklist, easy to use interface, in app documentation storage and messaging made the purchase straightforward and simple.

I would give this a ZERO rating if it was possible. This is a horrible app with extremely poor usability experience. I will not recommend both the app and company to anyone, especially first home buyers. You are better off going with a proper solicitor vs the conveyance that comes recommended with Home-in (for us, it was Galilee). Lack of follow up, poor follow through & advice and just lack of care overall. I have provided a very detailed official complaint and have yet to hear back.

I haven't been able to get in contact with any solicitor via phone during my entire settlement. If you feel confident you only need to send messages via the app to a solicitor and won't need any other assistance then you will be fine. If you are not experienced with the conveyancing portion of buying a house I'd recommend going with solicitors that are able to help guide you through the process and are allowed to call you. It's very stressful if you don't already know everything you need to do.

We were meant to get $500 off conveyance however multiple attempts over 2 days we can't even get through to any assistants who are meant to look after us. How is there not a hold or a voicemail, a text? Just line busy or not answering. We were on a deadline to get conveyance. We had to get another one, and our loan is still through cba so to not get this money or even a partial amount back when been with cba whole life, I would remove this review if we got some apology or compensation.
