Too basic compared to InspectIt Home Report Doesn't walk me through the inspection, doesn't seem to be written by an inspector at all. Compared to other Home Inspection software out there this is missing a lot of features.

Stay away Don't waste your money. What a waste of time. No way to convert to a PDF. Spreadsheet forms as a text Excel file. Pictures do not convert to the file created. No way to import red arrows or circles to pinpoint the defects. Red text and bold text are not available. Stay away! As a checklist it doesn't even work
