★★☆☆☆ Mortgages. Made impossible. Choose another mortgage provider that doesn't make you use this app. Constantly crashes, screen is larger than my device display but lacks scroll bars, lacks explanatory notes to explain what is required in similarly sounding data fields. The concept is entirely wrong: who wants to undertake legally binding business on a 5" screen?

★★☆☆☆ The app will constantly mark completed sections as incomplete making it impossible for progress my application. Actually switched advisors because of this app.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't link properly and forgot my account despite my sign-up and allocated advisor. If it wasn't for the fact I am using my friend I would have moved broker for how bad this is.

★★☆☆☆ Repeatedly deleted information I had already added. The questions are also poorly designed, e.g. asks for amounts for "other expenses" then after you have added that, asks for amounts within specific categories, so if you fill it in both times your expenses are double calculated
