Instructions:
Press Home button once to quickly switch between recent tasks.
Swipe a task to the left to mark as favorite. Swipe a task to the right to mark as hidden.
Press the hardware menu button or the right corner on-screen menu button to access actions and settings.
Press Home button again to go back to the original launcher.
Can also be activated via swipe gestures.

Ah, thank you very much! I have been using Power Strip since Froyo and it has become very outdated. I was even planning on writing a replacement when I had time (and finished learning Android programming). Now I can concentrate on other tasks. This is nice, thank you. I would like to mention two suggestions, though: my Jelly Bean tablet does not have a hardware menu button and I accidentally turned off access to HF's settings - I had to clear its data to regain access, add a fail-safe; think about binding activation to the recent app button instead of home, or at least give us that choice, if possible.

Had to Uninstall after a year I was thrilled with home flip for a long long time. Then, after my galaxy note 2 was upgraded to KitKat by at&t, Home Flip no longer worked properly, so I had to uninstall it. I could not get the click or double click to launch home flip properly, it got confused and launched home flip every time. Very sad, I hated to lose it. I've enjoyed it ever since Gina Trapani recommended it on The All About Android podcast .

HTC Sensation - Can't add App shortcuts After installing, I could no longer add apps/shortcuts to my home page. It would constantly crash Personalize - despite reboots. After uninstalling this app, problem solved. Great app, but not worth sacrificing the ability to add screen shortcuts to my aps.

Used to be my favorite app... Nexus 5 with Kitkat broke the functionality of this app. Worked fine on Nexus 4 Jelly Bean. The app opens full screen now, blocking out the background. Shortcuts are still displayed as normal but are against this black background not overlaying the active window. It's still functional but looks terrible. Please find the source of this issue and I'll get my favorite app back and you'll get a 5.
