I advise you to NEVER use Homer delivery if you have no car. You have one chance on two to not have your package delivered in the right city. I had to call for a friend to get my package a first time because it was delivered to the wrong point of delivery, then a second time AGAIN, delivered in the wrong city with no real or valid explanations. And if you contact them that you have no way to get your package or have to pay for transport to get it, they do NOT care. This is not eco-friendly.

I just want to use this app to track parcels that are sent with Homer to a nearby pick-up point, but it turns out this app is only for private persons or shops that want to become a Homer pick-up point. No explanation/warning about that in app description in Play Store without clicking to full App description, nor any word about that when you register in the app, until the point where you have to choose which type of pick-up point you want to be 😶 🆘 I JUST WANT TO TRACK MY PARCELS. HELP 🆘

Worst courier service ever seen. Already been 10 days waiting for courier and at last day now tracking mention that delivery taking long it will be delivered within next 20 days or after that I can ask for refund. Great
