The HAR.com app allows both consumers and HAR members to search for homes for sale or lease across the state of Texas. Consumers will be able to use the award-winning HAR residential property search engine to find the home of their dreams, bookmark listings and view property search history. Members can access up-to-the-minute MLS information (MLS subscribers only), their leads, listings, as well as access their company’s listing inventory.

Overall good app but don't trust the "time on HAR" that is highlighted in green under the address. The listing agent can manipulate that. Over the years whenever houses close to my house come up for sale/ lease, I like to check and see how the market is my area. Several times I've seen houses be empty for 8 or 9 months but the listing never shows more than 37 days for example. Then, when it finally sales/ leases, it'll show "18 days on HAR" when in reality it was on HAR for 261 days. Just FYI

Very informative. I don't like the way some of the things when you back up to go review something else, The way it can get lost. I sometimes worry about trying to find land. Some of the realtors are very uninformative about problems. Like land being landlocked, no right aways to get to the property. In 2024, I'm surprised that Texas would allow land to be sold or for sale that you have no access to. But the app is very helpful.

They added a new feature on the mobile app that shows the home & they are too close to see the full elevation of the home. It looks horrible, especially after we pay for professional photos to be taken, then they run them. A feature that would be much more useful would be to be able to select multiple properties to remove them from our favorites. Sometimes, trying to reinvent the wheel is not a good idea. Also, they took away the SQ Ft of the home once you clicked on the listing.

Remove AI Slop updates. Not everything needs an AI summary that you cant turn off or move and covers the map.

I dislike the fact that the app won't give the exact sold price of any sold homes, just a large range estimate.

The application leaves much to be desired. Including an intuitive way to state them. Which of course, them ommission of, is by design. Telling of HAR.
