It doesn't allow you to manage payment methods; it only gives the option to make payments. In instances where you just want to change the card on file for the auto-pay, you have to call in and give your card number to an agent. This doesn't lend itself well to the concept of "self-service." There's no reason why I should have to call in for such a simple task.

Can't create login/ issue with my email address. Saying an account with that email already exists. Yes, with Car Shield not Home Safe.
