The approval is done for staging 1 and stage 2. Paid 80% of total amount. But still the app shows the status as Site survey yet to be initiated.

Am plus product is wonderful but service it nightmare especially in Jharkhand. I have installed 8.1kw facility on 2nd December 2023 after several follow-up plant hasn't started working, every time I reach local rep I get timeline of 15 days and now its 4 month and not even a single unit of electricity produced. Total investment around 7+lakh. Thought of installing another unit of 5 kw, but with this kind of service who will buy such product.
