All of your account information and features are readily available. The Customer Service is where this app excels and propels itself ahead of others. During opening times - you are connected to chat with staff instantly and their responses are prompt & knowledgeable. Honestly, the Customer Service of your dreams!

★★☆☆☆ Honest provides a nice network, and offers some great ideas. But the execution in the form of their mobile app is shocking. They urgently need to invest in some software engineers and make their app functional. I am talking about 2 minute long loading screens. Feels like Internet Explorer.
