I still rate 0 after your comment back. The only way to fix it would be give me my money back for something that isn't working. I shouldn't have to keep emailing when you aren't resolving the issue, I've already emailed, and it takes days to even hear anything. I will just spread the word so everyone else knows

I paid for the app but didn't get access. I provided all the info to support, but they still didn't give the access saying they can'allocate my payment, even after an email from Play store support with confirmation that I paid. So, not a great experience at all.

App will let me log in, but unfortunately I've never been able to get it to load past 78%, it just spins then finally gives me an oops something went wrong message. So we haven't gotten into level 1 or any of the other levels. My signal is strong & the app is updated to the current one so that's not the issue. I hate that I've been paying monthly for both hooked on phonics and hooked on spelling & neither app work. It's sad that I have to use an app instead of the website.
