Hoopbound: Basketball Shootout

Grab the ball, flick it at the hoop and watch it fly on real physics. Hoopbound is a basketball shooting game built on the oldest game on the playground: Around the World. Start under the basket, work your way past the free-throw line and out beyond the three-point line, and be the first to clear all 11 spots.

FLICK TO SHOOT
One thumb runs the whole game. Grab the ball and flick it at the rim: the speed and direction of your swipe decide the shot. Swirl the ball before you let go to load up spin and curve it in. Easy to pick up, hard to master, and every make feels earned.

REAL BASKETBALL PHYSICS
Nothing is canned. Every shot is simulated, so the ball does exactly what your flick tells it to. Swish it clean, bank it off the glass, roll it around the rim, or pull off a trick shot off the pole. If it bounces in, it counts.

STAY OR RISK IT
Make a shot and you move to the next spot. Miss, and you face the only question that matters: stay and keep your place for next turn, or shoot again right now and risk sliding back a spot.

NO SITTING OUT
In Hoopbound mode you play during your rival's turn too:
- Loose balls roll across the court. Trap one to keep it as a spare life, or flick it into the shooter's path as they gather.
- Tap their spot on the beat and swipe up as they rise to fill the distraction meter. The fuller it gets, the likelier their shot hitches.
- Spares come in five kinds: basketball, soccer ball, tennis ball, medicine ball and the rare magnet ball that hunts the hoop. Each one flies its own way.

FOUR WAYS TO PLAY
- Hoopbound: the full route with spare balls, loose balls and distractions.
- Classic: the pure Around the World route. No spares, no tricks.
- Shootout: 60 seconds at the line. Beat your best.
- Practice: no rival, no clock. Swipe between all 11 spots and groove your basketball shot.

THREE RIVALS
Beans is a warm-up. Clutch is a court regular who always wants one more game. Becky is the court captain: she shoots straight and she is hard to rattle. Beat them all, then win the rematch.
