For those that it lost your rewards. Log out then then delete the app. Reinstall and log in, your rewards will not be there but if you scan a new receipt, close and open, theyll all show back up.

Worked fine recently. But over the weekend started giving me a "cannot connect to server". Won't let me log in. And you can't access the help area of the app without logging in. Need help.

I go to Hooters once a week. It's a shame I cannot redeem my rewards as the app always crashes. No response from customer service. Seems Hooters does not care about its customers based on the number of complaints about this app.

Don't bother downloading this app if you have an older phone. I am not sure how new your phone has to be. I have a Google pixel XL 2. The app works fine on that phone. I also have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The app crashes when I use it on that phone. Also don't bother reporting it because nothing will be done. I found all this out on my own. I am still disappointed.
