The scooters are good. The app is kind of slow, but it works. The only thing that I'm missing is to be able to unlock more than one scooters at once. If I'm with friends and would like to pay for their ride, it's not possible. Each of them needs to install the app, register and verify which is very slow. It looses the idea of spontaneously riding.

Very unpleasant experience, lost 15 bucks, because of inappropriate parking (it was parked at the designated place). Then I wanted to remove my card information, but couldn't, because of an error. I wrote an e-mail to the support team, saying I can't remove my billing information, whereupon they responded with "if you are not intended to use service please delete app". Not only their english is not on point, but they were very unfriendly and not at all professional. Might be the worst scooter.

Vere very bad experience! It made me add credits, so I spent 5.50 EUR on there. Then It wanted me to confirm my phone number in order to get a scooter, but the confirmation SMS never came! DO NOT USE! The support is not replying, and they don't want to issue me a money refund.

Scooters are great. Good idea. WORST APP I HAVE USED. I've been charged 5 penalties 3 times because the location on it puts me in the wrong place, so it thinks I haven't parked it. 👎👎👎👎👎
