Absolutely pathetic app. Had to use it for parking in the city, not only did it charge 10 cents to save a card for payment, instead of charging me for what I want to pay, I had to create a balance on the account for payment. Went to find a physical machine to get my ticket. Good job!

Simply terrible. Used the app once because I saw that the prices were lower and even though the price was fixed at 5.7 the driver told me that the bill was 8 euros because we took the long way. Why is that my problem? If it says that the price is fixed at a certain point it should not be changed. Just a scam. This happened in Ljubljana. I will not name the driver but just keep it in mind if you download it

No possible to call a taxi with child sit, only with booster and even that would not arrive

I booked a day in advance. When I got to the airport at 10pm I received a message that they didn't have a driver. If it's not dependable, why use it?
