This game is a gem. No ads, excellent mechanics, and challenging. The free version is great and the paid content is even better. I learned about this game through a GDC talk from Subset Games.

I love this game. It's simple, but not easy. As you make achievements and unlock more powers the game gains in interest and there are so many ways to equip your hop lite and strategies you can employ. I bought this game years ago for $3, and it was well worth it. It's difficult enough I still haven't unlocked all the skills/powers, but I'm working on it. I occasionally have to uninstall the game because I find it so addictive. If you like strategy, you'll love this game.

I'm not purchasing premium out of spite and because the developer is flat out lying. The pop-up says you've reached the end of the game and that you must pay to continue. Before adding premium, you could play the game endlessly. I would have purchased the upgrade had they not lied.
