Toronto needs new competitor to join the market. Good to know that Hopp will bring us some changes and offer reasonable commission. If possible please add the option for riders to tip and favoriting their driver to match the pair again in the future. Also boost the app to the potential through social media like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook would definitely help as not all the people around the city are aware the app at all. As of the confusion using Bolt and Hopp, unite brand image as Hopp.

The customer service and agent knowledge is zero month ago I bought car amd registered with hopp they ask me to get certificate to get ptc license it took time once I get certificate I did upload on potal and wait for response 1 week 1 month they don't link me back when I call they said my Ssc is expired my question is I did ptc certificate upload to all three uber lyft hopp o get pt. License from uber lyft but here I keep calling and ask to fwbld my call to manager the super agent hangup ...
