★★★★★ Great pricing and easy search. I am very pleased with the quality of service Hopper has to offer.

★★☆☆☆ Because of the sketchy way they book flights by splitting itineraries, I had to pay for my bags twice. Also, the itinerary on the app said one thing, but then when I got to the airport my flight was 2 hours later than when I booked it on to of that, the 1-hour layover turned into a 4-hour layover causing me to arrive 5 hours later than what the itinerary said. No communication from Hopper. App still had the original itinerary but then checked in at the airport and all the flights were different.

★★☆☆☆ Tried booking a hotel, got charged on my credit card and a booking confirmation code. Showed up to the hotel, and they didn't have a reservation for me. Called support only to be told I'm getting a refund and the hotel was overbooked.
