★★★★★ Hi, I think the app shall add additional provisions called "other stores" for those not in list in which user could enter the source location link for pickup and delivery location with the list of items to be purchased and available in that shop. The money could be deducted from wallet. This will improve the business of Team Hoppon. It is just my suggestion which could be implemented after checking the feasibility.

★★★★★ While using hoppon app I am facing some technical issues. Unable to add or remove items. Cart is getting empty, but if you try to add its showing as available in cart.

★★☆☆☆ Don't trust their service They will assure the delivery on one time but will not deliver just exploiting corona situation. They will mention one amount il delivery and take a higer amount once order is placed. My delivery charge during order was 70 and upon delivery they charged me 150 and delayed the order for 5 days. No proper customer care to support us. Ord I'd 130883

★★☆☆☆ First i orderd food from greens res truant through hoppon and I paid the amount and after one hr I got a call from hoppon that the res truant is closed and requested to order from another res truant and when I ask for the refund she said it will be proccesed soon. And per her request i orderd fried rice from another res truant. Then after 1 hr another mam called and said fried rice is not there can you please order biriyani🤦🏼‍♀️ when I ask for price she said she will check and call back

★★☆☆☆ Poor service!!! Ordered food for the first time, just to get a call from them stating that they are busy, and the order cannot be delivered. If you are busy, mention that in the app so that we won't waste time ordering food in your app.!!!
