Spins at login. Would not let me log.in. kept saying it was trying, and that multiple attempts have been made and then goes back and forth from app to webpage and spins.

Failed to load timely. Failed to accept banking info. Failed to do anything selected. Complete failure of an application and a waste of time and phone memory in current state. Repeatedly fails to recognize the log in on website portal as well. Can log into the app, but the app doesn't work; can't log in to portal to order new FSA debit cards. Horizon has failed their clientele.

Literally does not work. Continually displays a message I am signing in on more than 1 window which im not and that I can click resubmit to complete sign on. I click resubmit and the messages just continually repeat themselves.
