★★★★★ User-friendly and easy for admin to response customers booking and changes. Recommended.

★★☆☆☆ After 4-1/2 years of business with Hotelogix, we have canceled our contract. The hard-nosed attitude taken by the company with their customers crushed by the pandemic is a disgrace. You have to fight to get the barest of discount during these dire times, a discount unworthy of consideration. At some point, I realized Hotelogix management only thinks of their own short-term gain. For 2 years they have refused to fix several very time-consuming bugs, and they will deny that they are even a bug until you speak to the boss of the boss of the tech support. So, I downloaded all of our history and said goodbye to an antiquated and buggy PMS. There are plenty of other providers that have shared the burden of the economic calamity to preserve long-term relationships. I guess 4-1/2 years doesn't qualify. Good riddens.
