Comments on HotPlayer Pro for Android

★★★★★ It's the best app I ever had, better than fire stick, and roku.

★★★★★ Good app on TV but mobil or laptop not bad

★★★★★ Paying $10.99 for only 3 days use isn't fair, I feel cheated by Hot Player Pro. I have paid the yearly fee on the 8th of February 2026. (the money was taken from my banque account, and the app was working fine for 3 days). Today the 11th of February 2026. I'm surprised the app stoped working, and asking me to purchase again 1 year activation. I don't know how to fix this problem. How can I contact your customers service. Please this 🙏.

★★☆☆☆ I got the subscription and started using it. I am not sure what happened, suddenly I got the message that my trial period expired. I escalated the issue to the support team, but I don't know what's happening, they don't have the records of the subscribers, and they couldn't identify my subscription. I'm not able to use my IPTV for 3 days!

★★☆☆☆ DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! I saw an opportunity to watch football via an app and stream it onto my TV. once I had purchased a one-month subscription (which I was firstly wary about) I received details via WhatsApp from the team behind it, I installed the app on my TV, entered the details which was a MAC address and a URL, and it stated it wasn't valid... I tried for over an hour, what's worse was that they didn't even reply to me via WhatsApp for any help or advice with what to do, AVOID.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible, after free trial it asks for £6.99 for a year, ok not bad, but every time you try and pay it says error !!! Hopeless app, avoid
