SMA Michael GRINSTON wants to improve the lives of all soldiers and this app is a great way to give a voice to the soldiers. Let's go!

Very helpful. Please add camp parks, dublin, CA

The Hots & Cots team is doing phenomenal work to improve the quality of life of service members.

★★★★★ Andrew Wilson · Nov 28, 2023

Pretty great app, I hope it raises awareness of these issues and puts pressure on leaders to make change. I would love to be able to add a small block of text describing my review of food/barracks in the app. Also, the ability to tap on the photos and zoom into them would be nice. But I know the app is new, so great work!

Interesting idea, but lacking usmc. Needs community support to create records. I'd love to see more!

★☆☆☆☆ Sean Bittecuffer · Jan 25, 2024

The majority of posts appear to be minor complaints of no value at all. Photos posted of simple work orders that can be solved in 5 business days or less. But they would rather allow their living space to degrade and hope someone holds their hand through addressing the issue.

I would love to be able to use this app, but it keeps crashing every time I open it. I've tried reinstalling it but it keeps crashing. I love the idea of giving soldiers a place to voice complaints.
