This definitely won't work on API 26 and above. So why I give 5 stars then? Because I believe this app would work well on API 24 and below. It's not the app mistake, it's just impossible to invoke personal hotspot programmatically on API 26 an above. Google has improved the android security itself. Preventing developers invoking personal hotspot programmatically. For everyone who give 1 star, you just don't know how to code. The end. Thank you.
